Jiangsu Jingke Smart Electric Co., Ltd was established in 1986, reorganized in 1995 to be a stock company, is a national high and new technological enterprise. The whole group includes Jiangsu Jingke Smart Electric Co., Ltd, Jiangyin Shengyuan Huadian H. V. Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, Indian Vishal-Jingke Electric Co., Ltd, Jingke Jingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd and other subsidiaries. Main products are 10-500kV current transformer, voltage transformer(oil type, SF6, dry type, electronic type), 66-220kV composite switchgear (GIS, HGIS, ), 33- 145kV mobile substation and composite electric appliance, in over 20 series and 3000 varieties. The market includes 26 domestic provinces and Russian, India and Southeast Asia, Nigeria, etc. Jingke is one of the key enterprises in National high-voltage power transmission and transformation manufacturing industry.

Adopting the guideline of Scientific Management and Keep Improving, Jingke lays big stress on scientific innovation investment and finished many National and Provincial Torch Plan Programs, as well as provincial scientific projects. In 2006, Jingke spent 200 million RMB to set up a new plant in Su-su industrial park with a construction area of 200 mu. The production lines of 66-220kV GIS and 10-750kV instrument transformer (including electronic types) are already put into use. In July of 2010, Jingke became one of the companies which started the Jiangsu Smart Power Grid industry Association formation. The headquarter of Jingke Group was choosen to be the Smart Power Grid (composite electrics) Industry Base by Jiangsu Provincial Economic committee.
